Prorata was founded by ​Miles Willis.  Miles has a wide education with a B.Soc.Sc. Degree in Psychology & Economics; a Post-Graduate Higher Diploma in Journalism; plus an MBA from the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business (GSB).  Miles specialized in Entrepreneurship & International Marketing.  Miles was class president and is a strong leader and motivator. 

 

Miles has held senior management and executive positions in business, including being on the Board of Cape Town Tourism, Managing Director of  Sure Tours, General Manager of Thompsons Tours and Account Director at Achievement Awards (a Performance Improvement Company.

 

Miles currently owns several online travel businesses including popular brands such as IslandStays, CruiseWorld, SafariDeals and TravelEase.

Miles also owns Glenhaven guest-house which hosts overseas travelers visiting Cape Town.
