Sans Souci is the hotel’s main bar, which opens out onto the pool area. Enjoy cocktails and snacks of world-class quality as you watch a mesmerising sunset. Open from 10 am to midnight.
L’Abondance is the main restaurant of Sainte Anne, which boasts breathtaking views over the pool and the beach beyond. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Anything you can dream of to satisfy your culinary desires, you’ll find at L’Abondance.
Le Mont Fleuri Restaurant specialises in fresh seafood and other fine delicacies. It is a romantic dining spot set on stilts high above the beach and unfolding astonishing sea views and sunsets in the early evenings.
Le Robinson is a treat for all the senses, not just taste. It’s situated in a private alcove on the beach surrounded by staggering granite boulders. Novelty dining is the specialty of this restaurant, with hot stone grill evenings alternating with lobster evenings. Don’t miss out on this ultimate dining experience. Lobster evenings are at a nominal supplement. Hot stone grill evenings offered as an extra supplement.
Takamaka. A seasonal restaurant located on the beach offers diners the chance to enjoy a light lunch with their feet in the sand and the wind in their hair, while admiring the calming waves just mere meters from their table.
Entertainment and Sports
The unique natural environment in which Sainte Anne Resort and Spa is situated, provides enough entertainment for guests. Among the tall granite rocks boulders that form the backdrop of the hotel are several rare species of plant endemic to the Seychelles, such as the Coco de Mer palm found nowhere else in the world. Hikes lead to secluded beaches on the other side of the island where tortoises can be seen. Snorkelling in the Marine National Park provides as much entertainment as a cabaret show as dozens of colourful tropical fish swim up close. Plus a wide choice of land and water sports.After a day filled with so much action and adventure, guests welcome the quiet entertainment provided by a local pianist or band six nights a week.
